1. Online Special Category Visa application form completed and signed by you and each person included in your application aged 18 years and above.
2. Visa application charge paid through paypal:
- If applicant is under 18 years of age 15,000 Vatu (per person)
- If applicant is over 18 years of age 7,500 Vatu (per person)
2. If the applicant is in Vanuatu a valid passport is required; or If the applicant is outside of Vanuatu, a certified copy of bio-data page and all used passport pages should be provided.
Note: Passport must be the one you will use on entry to Vanuatu.
3. 2 recent passport sized photographs of you and each applicant included in your application. Name each photograph by the name of the applicant.
4. If you or a person included in your application is aged under 18 years, a certified copy of his/her birth certificate is required.
5. If you or a person included in your application is aged 18 years or above, original police certificate from all countries you resided in for 12 months or more in the last 5 years.
6. If you or a person included in your application is married, a certified copy of his/her marriage certificate is required.
7. If you or a person included in your application has been widowed, a certified copy of death certificate is required.
8. If you or a person included in your application has been divorced, a certified copy of divorce certificate is required.
9. A letter recommending that you be granted a visa from:
- the director of the Department of Foreign Affairs on the basis of being a diplomatic representative in Vanuatu or a family member of such a person; or
- the Public Service, Police, Teaching or Judiciary Commissioner on the basis of being an employee of a Government Department or seconded to a Government Department or a family member of such a person; or
- the head of a donor agency on the bais that the person will be working for that agency in Vanuatu or a family member of such a person and the donor agency is:
- an agency or Foreign Government approved by the Director of Foreign Affairs or an agency organisation operating on a not for profit basis in Vanuatu; and
- the agency will be providing development assistance to Vanuatu
