The Vanuatu Development Support Program was initiated by the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission to Promote and Market the Vanuatu Honorary Citizenship globally under the Vanuatu Development Support Program.

Global Immigration Vanuatu Assist Humanitarian Agencies
After the category 5 Tropical Cyclone Pam passed Vanuatu on 13th March 2015 leaving thousands of lives homeless, a lot of Relief Agencies offered to assist with the Vanuatu Government.
Humanitarians all around the Globe rained in to assist with whatever means they can, Global Immigration Vanuatu a newly established and a reputable NGO was able to assist these foreign Relief Agencies responded immediately to their needs, preparing, directing and organizing their visas and work permits during the State of Emergency declared by the Vanuatu Government.
Global Immigration Vanuatu is proud to be part of the NGO to step forward in assisting the teams in obtaining their legal documents in order to enter Vanuatu. We are also proud to see that they have come through us as they needed a quick aid, a secure and effective service that we can provide and in addition to meet the turnaround time for the Visa responses in Vanuatu, this approach often provides the first opportunity to gain a quick access to visa approval. Again we so newly established with a staff of not more than 5 with a Local Managing Director but are grateful that we can be recognized internationally and also be part of the world’s organisation.

1. Extended Visitor Application form - completed and signed by applicant (health and character questions answered on application form)
2. Visa application charge - 18,000 Vatu
3. Certified copy of bio-data page and all used passport pages.
Note: Passport must be the one you will use on entry to Vanuatu
4. 2 recent passport photographs
5. Return ticket, or evidence of other arranged transport from Vanuatu, within 12 months
6. Evidence of reasons for application for an interim visa (for example one of the following):
- evidence that the applicant has lodged an application with VIPA that has not yet been finally determined, or
- evidence that the applicant will be employed for a period of less than 4 months by a business currently operating lawfully in Vanuatu, or
- evidence that the applicant is undertaking research in Vanuatu, or
- evidence that the applicant is undertaking missionary work in Vanuatu.
Note: Supporting documents not in English, French or Bislama must be translated into one of these languages.
7. Evidence of:
- funds / income to support the applicant for duration of stay of 40 000 Vatu per month; or
- support the applicant will receive from family/friends in Vanuatu
8. If the applicant is under 18 years of age: the Principal Immigration Officer is satisfied that both of the applicant’s parents, if living, or legal guardian(s) have consented to the grant of the visa.
9. If the applicant is under 18 years of age, is not a member of an organised tour and will not be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian whilst in Vanuatu:
an undertaking from a Vanuatu citizen, or the holder of a visa valid during the applicant’s stay, to provide accommodation and food and be responsible for the applicant’s general welfare during the applicant’s stay in Vanuatu.
